Ingredients:

• 3 oz. Prosecco
• 2 oz. Aperol
• 2 oz. Bee Sweet Citrus Golden Gem Grapefruit juice
• Splash of soda water (~1 oz.)

Directions:

1. Chill your glass.
2. Run a slice of Golden Gem Grapefruit around the rim and dip it in sugar.
3. Add the Processo, Aperol, juice, and soda water.
4. Gently stir to combine, garnishing with a grapefruit slice and rosemary. (Add ice if desired.) Enjoy!
