Ingredients:
- 3 avocados, ripe
- ⅓ cup white onion, finely minced
- 1 Serrano or jalapeno, diced, seeds removed
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1-2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced small
- 2 tbsp. Bee Sweet Citrus lemon juice
- Pinch of cumin (optional)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt plus more to taste (I usually add more because guacamole is good salty!)
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- Chili powder, paprika, or chives for garnish
Directions:
- Add avocado to a bowl and mash.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
