Carne Asada Burrito

Ingredients:

For the marinade:

  • 1 ½ lb. flank steak
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Heirloom Navel orange, juiced
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Chili powder
  • salt and pepper

For the burritos:

  • Large burrito size flour tortillas
  • Tater tots or fries
  • Shredded cheese of your choice
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Hot sauce or salsa

Directions:

  • Marinate the asada.
  • Cook the meat, then slice it or chop it up into smaller pieces if preferred.
  • Layer the meat in your tortilla with scrambled eggs, tater tots or fries, cheese, and Pico de Gallo.
  • Enjoy the burrito with more salsa or your favorite hot sauce.
