Ingredients:
For the marinade:
- 1 ½ lb. flank steak
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Heirloom Navel orange, juiced
- 1 Bee Sweet Citrus lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- ½ tsp. Chili powder
- salt and pepper
For the burritos:
- Large burrito size flour tortillas
- Tater tots or fries
- Shredded cheese of your choice
- Scrambled eggs
- Hot sauce or salsa
Directions:
- Marinate the asada.
- Cook the meat, then slice it or chop it up into smaller pieces if preferred.
- Layer the meat in your tortilla with scrambled eggs, tater tots or fries, cheese, and Pico de Gallo.
- Enjoy the burrito with more salsa or your favorite hot sauce.
