- 2 cups spring mix
- 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Cara Cara navel – sliced
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- Splash of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Place spring mix on a plate and top it with Cara Cara navel slices and chopped almonds. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the bed of greens, and enjoy!
