  • 2 cups spring mix
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Cara Cara navel – sliced
  • ½ cup chopped almonds


  • Splash of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar


Place spring mix on a plate and top it with Cara Cara navel slices and chopped almonds. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the bed of greens, and enjoy!
