  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola (flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 whole Bee Sweet Citrus mandarins (one juiced, and one zested, peeled, & segmented)


  • Mix oatmeal, almond milk, yogurt and juice from one mandarin in one bowl
  • Once mixed, pour ingredients into a mason jar and place in refrigerator over night
  • When ready to eat, place oats in a bowl and top with coconut flakes, mandarin segments, zest and granola
  • Enjoy!

The toppings noted are optional; feel free to include other toppings of your choice! Overnight oats will remain fresh if stored an air tight container, in the fridge for 3-4 days.
