Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats (use Gluten Free oatmeal if sensitive to Gluten)
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Navel (juiced)
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line muffin tray with muffin baking liners
- Combine dry ingredients (rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, sea salt) together; mix well
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl (egg white, egg, almond milk, honey, orange juice); mix well
- Stir in wet ingredients with dry ingredients; gently fold in raspberries
- Scoop mixture into empty muffin liners
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown
*** If the mixture is too runny for your liking, add in more rolled oats. Please note, however, that this will remove a bit of its moisture once baked.
