Serves 3-4 people
  • 3 cups rolled oats (use Gluten Free oatmeal if sensitive to Gluten)
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Navel (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line muffin tray with muffin baking liners
  • Combine dry ingredients (rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, sea salt) together; mix well
  • Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl (egg white, egg, almond milk, honey, orange juice); mix well
  • Stir in wet ingredients with dry ingredients; gently fold in raspberries
  • Scoop mixture into empty muffin liners
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown

*** If the mixture is too runny for your liking, add in more rolled oats. Please note, however, that this will remove a bit of its moisture once baked.
