Ingredients:
  • 4 Bee Sweet Citrus Sweetheart Mandarins
  • 1/2 cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Sea salt to taste
Directions:

Peel the mandarins and divide them into segments. Melt the chocolate chips until creamy, and dip the mandarin segments in half way. Place the chocolate covered segments on a plate or cookie sheet, and sprinkle them with sea salt. Let the mandarins sit in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
