Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus lemon – juiced
  • 1 avocado – peeled and diced
  • 2 Bee Sweet Citrus Navel Oranges – diced into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Sea Salt and Pepper (according to your taste)

Directions

  • Chop and dice the red onion, Navel oranges and cilantro; place the specific amounts in a large bowl.
  • Add in minced garlic and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Add the sea salt and pepper – adding as much as you need to fit your taste.
  • Enjoy over your favorite tacos, burritos or chips!
