Chocolate Dipped Mandarins

  • 1-2 mandarins
  • ½ cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Peel and segment mandarins; set aside
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave (do this in 15 second increments to avoid burning the chocolate)
  • Dip half of each mandarin segment in melted chocolate and set them on a plate
  • Once each segment is coated, sprinkle sea salt on them
  • Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to let the chocolate harden
  • Enjoy!
