Ingredients
- 1-2 mandarins
- ½ cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate morsels
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Peel and segment mandarins; set aside
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in microwave (do this in 15 second increments to avoid burning the chocolate)
- Dip half of each mandarin segment in melted chocolate and set them on a plate
- Once each segment is coated, sprinkle sea salt on them
- Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to let the chocolate harden
- Enjoy!
