Ingredients
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 Bee Sweet Citrus Heirloom Navel (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine dry ingredients (oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, sea salt) together; mix well
  • Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl (egg white, egg, almond milk, honey, orange juice); mix well
  • Stir in wet ingredients to dry ingredients; add in raspberries
  • In muffin tin, scoop in mixture
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown

(Please note that you can use cupcake liners for mixture; if not, spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray before scooping in mixture)
